Modular Facility Carpenter

to join our team.

Duties

Interpret technical drawings and specification for modular construction to determine layout, materials and dimensions of construction projects. Frame walls, windows, doors, install trusses, metal roofing and siding as per drawings and manufacturer's specifications. Preform detailed interior finishings in a timely manner. Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to spec. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Ensure quality, efficiency, and safe completion of all repairs. Conform in all respects with applicable federal, provincial, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and other orders and to all Company policies, procedures, and directives from supervisors. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction or restoration industries; specific experience in roofing, siding, cabinetry installation, or remodeling is preferred. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, schematics, and blueprint reading. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on various job sites. Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks over extended periods; experience with heavy lifting is essential. Valid driver's license preferred for site travel; reliable transportation required. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
