The Mobile Building Operator provides preventative maintenance and repair work to one of JLL's key clients for various locations in Winnipeg. The position is responsible for hands-on repair & maintenance work on most building systems.

This role requires someone who is safety conscious and builds strong customer relationships. You will be assigned a JLL van and tools and are responsible for managing your own day to day schedule.

In particular, you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and various other building systems to maintain the properties in peak operational condition
• Systems may include any or all of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation systems, card access systems, door & gates systems, building envelope systems, grounds and parking lots, interior finish systems, lighting systems, and various other R&M tasks associated with operation of a commercial property.
• Identify energy savings opportunities at facilities including system and operational changes that can decrease the property's energy consumption
• Effortlessly performs routine building maintenance, plumbing and other tasks as necessary.]
• Work independently and plan work assignments performing duties with a minimal direct supervision, and assist as a helper in other trades and in the general maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds

The ideal candidate is certified in HVAC although this isn't a requirement. You must have a clean and valid driver's license as company vehicle and tools are provided.
