Shift: Night Shift: 12:00 am - 8:00 am
RESPONSIBILITIES: o Follow daily production plan for required batch quantities and correct product formulation. o Hand-mix some product ingredients and acts as back-up for scaler when required
o Loading ingredients in to mixing bowl
o Operate mixer and computerized batching system
o Check dough temperature for every batch
o Retrieve boxes/bags of ingredients and replenish ingredient bins as needed.
o Filling in pre-shift inspections/pre-ops, accurate and timely record keeping
o Maintain general cleanliness of the work area.
o Comfortable with heavy repetitive lifting
o Previous food manufacturing mixing experience highly preferred
o Responsible for daily recording of production, quality, safety and other reports as required.
o Report any quality and/or process deviation to the Production supervisor in a timely manner.
o Adhere to all WB policies and procedures for H&S, GMPs, HACCP.
o Maintain at all times a safe working environment through good housekeeping, GMPs, and the proper use and cleaning of equipment.
o Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

• Desire to work in a fast paced environment
• Quick learner and team player and keen attention to detail
• Available to work all shifts including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
