Millwright Supervisor
Job Description
We're seeking a licensed Millwright with strong mechanical skills and leadership experience to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on maintenance with crew supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Rebuild, repair, and maintain complex machinery (flow wrappers, conveyors, mixers, ovens, depositors, etc.)
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues; escalate when needed
Lead and support a team of 9 technicians, overseeing scheduling, training, and accountability
Act as the bridge between management and trades, ensuring both immediate fixes and long-term planning
Support lean/continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Licensed Millwright (mechanical focus)
Strong mechanical knowledge; some electrical troubleshooting
Food manufacturing experience preferred (other industries considered) Leadership experience with maintenance teams Flexible to rotate between AM and PM shiftsThis role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position while staying hands-on in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42.00-$45.00 per hour

Experience:
Blueprint reading: 5 years (preferred) Maintenance Supervisor: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Lean Six Sigma Certificate (preferred) Millwright License (preferred)
