The Position:

RW Consumer Products is seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwright to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our Blowmolding machines and filling lines, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality production.

Shift Hours: 11pm - 7am

Location: St. Albert, AB

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Blowmolding machines and filling lines. Conduct mold changes and machine programming to optimize production efficiency. Assemble, disassemble, and install machinery and equipment as needed. Align and calibrate machinery using precision tools to ensure optimal performance. Inspect, lubricate, and replace defective parts to maintain equipment functionality. Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.

Qualifications:

3+ years proven experience as a Millwright, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Expertise in Blowmolding and filling line machinery is highly desirable. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Physical stamina is required. You will be standing for long stretches of time. Must be able to lift, push/pull 25 lbs.
