Job Description

High Caliber Millwrights Ltd is a young, dynamic millwright company. We specialize in the installation, maintenance and repair of heavy machinery across various industries.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and diagnose mechanical issues in industrial equipment
- Perform repairs and maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Weld, Fabricate and install new parts as needed
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical problems
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on machinery

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role
- Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

-Welding and Fabrication experience is an asset
- Familiarity with field service work and the ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
