Full Time, Permanent

Schedule:

10+ Hours per day (day shift), 5 & 2, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week

Shop: 9175 - 14 Street NW, Edmonton, AB

Requirements:

Full Complement of Hand Tools Personal Reliable Vehicle CSA approved steel toed boots with 6" ankle support

Pre-employment:

Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation Fitness to Work Assessment

Journeyperson Machinist or Millwright Qualifications:

Must be a Journeyperson Machinist or Millwright Must have a minimum four (4) years' Journeyperson experience Must have a minimum three (3) years line boring. Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIRED

Journeyperson Machinist or Millwright Responsibilities:

Perform line boring on worn or damaged bores. Accurately set up portable line boring machines and equipment. Accurately measure and align bore holes for bushings, pins and other components. Restore equipment to original specifications . Use welding machines to prepare and restore surfaces for boring when necessary. Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture This is a general responsibilities list and does not include all responsibilities required of the position
