Job Overview:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, overhaul and repair machinery and mechanical equipment.
Qualifications:
- Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Perform routine maintenance work on all machinery
- Identify and troubleshoot machine irregularities and breakdowns
- Repair or replace defective machine parts and equipment.
- Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipment
- Install, align, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to plan layouts
- Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment
- Work on team oriented, high paced projects at various customer sites
What we are looking for: Experience JM & Registered Apprentices (1-4)
- Certificate of Qualification
- A self starter and a proven team player
- Strong work ethic and a problem solver
- Welding & fabrication experience will be an asset; Stainless steel TIG or CWB Stick
- Flexible to work any shift structures assigned; weekends, overtime and off shift work
- Ability to travel to different job sites across South Western Ontario
- Must have a valid Drivers License and own vehicle
