Job Description
We are currently looking for
a millwork installer
to join our dynamic and growing team.The ideal candidate should preferably have
construction site or hands-on installation experience
and must be able toread and understand construction drawings
.You will receive
systematic, high-level training
in custom cabinetry and millwork installation. Our company offers a clear and supportive growth path with salary adjustments based on skill development and performance.Once you are able to independently install cabinetry, you will be eligible for promotion to Lead Installer.
Compensation:
For entry-level
Millwork Installation Apprentices
, the hourly wage is$18-22
, but candidates must be able to read basic drawings and handle essential tools. For candidates withcabinet installation or millwork finishing experience
, the hourly wage is$22-25
.Job Requirements:
Honest, reliable, and committed to learning
Strong problem-solving and hands-on skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Can adapt to different work environments and pace
Must be able to read millwork/shop drawings
Candidates in the early stages of their careers are welcome and preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
