Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG and TIG welding. The successful applicant will contribute to the production of high-quality metal components and assemblies.
Duties
Perform MIG welding on various materials, ensuring strong and precise welds Basic knowledge reading measurements Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively Conduct rigging for lifting heavy components using cranes or forklifts Assemble metal parts according to specifications while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in MIG welding; TIG welding experience is a plus Proficient in using measuring tools, and basic math skills for accurate measurements Experience with welding and fabrication in a construction or manufacturing environment Ability to work effectively with hand tools, power tools, and welding machinery Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
