Participating in deployment execution of the latest Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) technologies
Configuring & managing a Microsoft Teams rooms with various OS and Camera technologies
Participating in Ticket queue activities as level 1 & 2 support for Audio/Visual issues
Defining and Maintaining standards for A/V technologies (Boardrooms, Meetings Rooms, Focus Rooms, Digital Signage etc.) by working with AV specialist and Hardware vendors
Identifying and building recommended process improvements around the usage and deployment of A/V technology
Leading Projects such as New Builds, Annual Device lifecycle and Version Control / Patch Management
Maintaining Management tools such as Teams Rooms Admin Center, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro management.
Participating in Various A/V related Projects
Tracking and reporting on A/V roadmap technologies to Sr. IS Executives
Strong Administrative level understanding of Microsoft Teams Room technology
Experience deploying and supporting Microsoft teams Rooms technologies
Strong Administrative understanding of Microsoft Team Admins Center
Experience Managing on prem and Azure Active Directory
Strong administrative level of Teams Rooms accounts and Meeting room mailbox configuration
Comfort in collaborating and engaging with multiple teams and process owners
Strong Project Management skills as a technical lead
Ability to travel, Plant visits, meeting with staff or vendors, attending conferences
Post-secondary degree in computer technology, user experience, business management or other relevant programs or experiences
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business
3+ years deploying and supporting MTRs or Skype Rooms
Strong understanding in telecommunications, E911, SBC
Strong understanding of advanced Microsoft 365 Services (Azure, Exchange, etc.)
Strong scripting and automation experience in PowerShell
Experience in integrating with third-party apps using APIs or connectors
Strong knowledge of the UCaaS (MS Teams) and AV industry
Proven record in planning, architecting, and deploying Microsoft Teams and MTRs in a large enterprise
A deep understanding of the security implications and network dependencies for Microsoft Teams, MTRs, and Azure
A conceptual understanding of routing/switching/QoS, proxies, firewalls and their potential impact on voice, video, and web streaming network environments
Experience in handling live event support and webcasting for internal-facing and external-facing events
Proven record in analyzing, troubleshooting, and creating root cause analysis (RCA) reports with action plans on remediation
Strong analytical, interpersonal, facilitation and leadership skills along with effective oral/written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environment that requires multitasking among multiple concurrent projects while also handling interruptions
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users. Staying calm under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
MS-700 Certification
Experience using ticketing systems like ServiceNow
Power BI and Azure Dashboard
CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D Certification
Experience with Logitech, Poly, Neat
Experience deploying Microsoft Teams Rooms
Experience handling TMS, CUCM, RPRM, Audiocodes
Experience with QSC, Biamp
Experience in using webcast platforms such as VBrick and Microsoft Teams Live Events
