Business Development Representative, Microsoft Teams Rooms Solutions (HW & SW)

The Business Development Rep for Microsoft Teams Rooms will proactively manage build and execute a GTM strategy for Microsoft Teams Rooms hardware (Microsoft Teams Rooms devices) and software (Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro & Basic licensing). The employee must be a proactive go-getter, creative problem solver, with industry experience preferred. The employee will serve as the Microsoft Teams Rooms (HW & SW) point of contact for programs, forecasting, pipeline, training, TD SYNNEX Canada internal sales teams, external partners, etc.

Meet and exceed topline revenue and net gross margin goals for Microsoft Teams Rooms business unit.

Drive strategy and execution on Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions, cross-sell strategies across the TD SYNNEX Canada organization.

Exceptional customer sales support of top partners and TD SYNNEX Canada sales support teams serving those top partners / under 2-hour email response times during business hours.

Must quickly ramp up on Microsoft CSP Teams Pro & Basic, and ecosystem products/solutions; responsible for training and presenting to other sales/business units/partners.

Work with multiple TD SYNNEX Canada and Microsoft business units including but not limited to: Microsoft CSP, Microsoft Devices/Hub, Poly, Lenovo, Crestron, HP, Yealink, TD SYNNEX Canada Sales Teams, PMs-Marketing, COLLABSolv, etc.

Identify and recruit Microsoft Teams Rooms partners.

Enable sales and technical capabilities with Microsoft Teams Rooms partners.

Accelerate sales capacity and capability with device channel partners.

Report to TD SYNNEX Canada and Microsoft weekly on activity, KPIs, progress and obstacles.

Involved in solution-bundling projects / work with marketing to produce and execute meaningful collateral, SPIFF programs, etc.

Your passion is sparked by:

Minimum post-secondary degree with an emphasis on Business/ Sales/ Marketing.

Device OEM experience required.

Experience working with members of the Microsoft sales field, OEM & channel sales partners.

Microsoft sales experience preferred.

3-5 years of related partner sales or technical experience required, with preference to voice, communication, collaboration & AV and demonstrated ability to scale through partner sales in a partner led or partner co-sell motion.

Advanced problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities

Excellent communication skills in management conversations, presentations, and email.

Demonstrate continuous learning, intellectual curiosity, and improvement in professional impact on a daily basis.
