Overview

We are seeking an experienced Metal Cladding Supervisor to lead and oversee metal cladding projects on construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management experience, and a comprehensive understanding of metal cladding systems, schematics, and safety protocols. This role involves supervising teams, coordinating project schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining adherence to safety standards. The Metal Cladding Supervisor will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality work efficiently while managing resources and crews.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise metal cladding installation teams on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications. Oversee quality control procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and client requirements. Manage daily site operations, including resource allocation, material handling, and safety protocols. Enforce safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe working environment. Supervise team members' performance, provide assistance as needed to foster a productive team environment. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations related to metal cladding scope of work.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management with a focus on metal cladding or related exterior building systems. Supervising experience in a construction setting with strong leadership skills. Familiarity with safety standards and best practices for construction site safety. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately. Experience with project scheduling and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong understanding of quality control procedures within the construction industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
