Metal Cladding Installer

Location: Surrey Office - 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC V3Z 1A5

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite

Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m

Hourly: $22-$32 (based on experience)

Pay Schedule: Paid weekly, every Friday



Reports To: Cladding Superintendent

What You'll Do

Install various cladding systems, including aluminum panels, ACM, metal siding, metal roofing, insulated panels, zinc, copper, and fiber cement systems. Interpret and follow installation drawings (training provided for entry-level candidates). Work safely at heights and operate mobile elevating work platforms and forklifts (certification and training provided). Use hand and power tools to perform precise and quality installations. Coordinate with team members on-site to maintain project schedules and standards. Travel to various sites across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

What You Bring to the Team

2+ years of experience as a Cladding Installer (required). Knowledge of cladding systems and basic construction practices. Ability to work at heights and handle physical tasks. Willingness to travel to various job sites within the region. Valid driver's license and reliable commute or plans to relocate to Surrey, BC. A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.
