We're growing -- and we're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented

Metal Cladding Estimator

to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate estimates and detailed take-offs for

metal cladding and envelope system projects

. Review architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and suppliers to develop cost-effective solutions. Source and evaluate material and labour costs. Prepare and submit professional quotation packages within deadlines. Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the bidding process. Track and analyze project performance and pricing trends for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum

3 years of estimating experience

in

metal cladding or building envelope systems

. Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and installation methods. Proficiency with

Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar estimating/takeoff software

. Experience with Microsoft Office Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously. Knowledge of

aluminum composite panels (ACM), corrugated metal, insulated panels

, and other facade systems is an asset.
