Job Description

Our client a well established boutique consulting firm based in Central GTA has an immediate opening for a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst. Responsibilities include

Conduct market analysis to determine the value of a business, intangible asset, business ownership interest.

Perform research on economic, industry, and market trends impacting the target companies being analyzed.

Conduct consulting engagements to assist clients go through strategic change, improving process and controls.

Assist in the development of client proposals.

Assist in the presentation and preparation of the analysis to management and other relevant parties.

CPA or MBA or actively enrolled

2 plus years of business advisory experience including Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategic Change

Strong Financial Modelling skills

Excellent Communication and collaboration Skills
