About the Role

We are seeking a Merchant Relations Specialist to support and manage our vendor partners. You will help merchants onboard, navigate the platform, and maintain high standards of service, ensuring smooth operations and strong partnerships.

Responsibilities

Support merchant onboarding, training, and account setup Provide guidance on platform tools, policies, and performance standards Resolve merchant inquiries related to orders, payments, and operations Monitor merchant performance and offer improvement recommendations Maintain strong relationships that support business growth Collaborate with logistics and support teams to ensure service excellence Uphold Drivon's values of community, innovation, and trust

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience in vendor management, merchant support, or partnerships is an asset Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities Professional, solution-oriented approach Strong organizational and follow-up abilities Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
