Your Mission




A Merchant Support Specialist is a friendly, diligent, and tech-savvy professional with 24/7 availability.


Merchant Support Specialists will learn to adapt to new developments as they happen while establishing a long-term career path within the fintech industry.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



Shifts: 24/7 Answer inbound customer service and technical support calls from our merchants. Leverage documentation and support resources to perform with precision. Rely on professionalism and tact to resolve occasionally critical or difficult situations. Ensure timely and effective resolution of merchant requests. Identify trends and report them to promote continuous process improvement. Perform any other related tasks deemed essential to the company's success and our merchants' satisfaction.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to

:

Fluent in Both French and English is a must

Enjoys working within a team while delivering on accountabilities

Votre mission




Le ou la Specialiste du soutien aux marchands est une personne amicale, consciencieuse et a l'aise avec la technologie, disponible 24 h sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7. Ce poste offre une occasion d'apprentissage continue et de developpement d'une carriere a long terme dans l'industrie des technologies financieres (fintech).

Principales responsabilites :



Quart de travail : 24 h / 7 jours Repondre aux appels entrants de service a la clientele et de soutien technique provenant de nos marchands. Utiliser la documentation et les ressources de soutien afin d'assurer un travail precis et efficace. Faire preuve de professionnalisme et de tact pour resoudre des situations parfois critiques ou complexes. Assurer la resolution rapide et efficace des demandes des marchands. Identifier les tendances et les signaler pour contribuer a l'amelioration continue des processus. Effectuer toute autre tache connexe jugee essentielle au succes de l'entreprise et a la satisfaction de nos marchands.

Qualifications :



Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais
Apprecie le travail d'equipe tout en respectant ses responsabilites individuelles.

Valorise la production d'un travail de haute qualite. Suit les processus documentes et sait enqueter lorsqu'une lacune est identifiee. Motive par le developpement professionnel et les occasions d'apprentissage. Fier de ses habiletes a resoudre des problemes. Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent.

English (written and spoken) is the language used 99% of the time, as work colleagues and clientele are both geographically dispersed within and outside of Quebec Internal communications between colleagues occur in English or in French, depending on the parties involved. Strategic suppliers are located outside of Quebec A basic knowledge of French is required for any position located within Quebec. English is required for this position, as it could report to someone outside of Quebec, and requires frequent out of province communications
