Job Overview


Join our vibrant team at Anytime Fitness Quesnel as a Sales and Front Desk Associate! As the first point of contact for our members, you'll create a welcoming environment while driving membership sales and supporting gym operations. This role is perfect for an energetic, customer-focused individual passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

Duties



Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries. Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages and other services to meet sales targets. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, scheduling and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Handle member account inquiries, process payments and update records using gym management software. Assist with cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe and inviting facility. Collaborate with the team to support community events and member engagement initiatives.

Qualifications



Must be 19 or older (BC employment age requirement for this role). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Sales experience or enthusiasm for learning sales techniques is a plus. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or CRM software is an asset. Passion for fitness and a desire to inspire others. Ability to work flexible hours, including part-time or full-time days, evenings or weekends.

When giving a gym tour, a visitor seems uninterested and hesitant about joining, what's one specific question you'd ask or tactic you'd use to spark their interest and move them toward signing up? If you've never done sales, how would you approach this?
