What You'll Do:

Be the face of Orangetheory Fitness

- welcome members & guests with energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge

Introduce people to OTF

- help new prospects understand the Orangetheory experience and guide them through their first workout

Sell memberships (must love sales!)

- connect with prospective members and help them kickstart their fitness journey

Engage with the OTF community

- answer calls, assist members, and build relationships

Support studio operations

- maintain an organized and clean studio, ensuring an exceptional member experience

Participate in local marketing & outreach events

- spread the Orange energy!
Looking for someone available to primarily open, opening shifts start at 5:00AM during the week & 7:00AM on weekends. Must be available to work Saturdays or Sundays (even better if it's both!)
