ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the Cloud Engineering - SWAT team, you will support the overall success of Wind River cloud platform customers and partners. Our team is at the forefront of innovation in the telecom industry, and we are committed to delivering exceptional support to our customers and partners. Join us to be part of a collaborative environment where your expertise and dedication will directly impact the success of our cloud platform and its users.
You will be a key point of contact for our customers and partners, helping them to optimize their cloud deployments on our platform, which supports 5G and other telecom solutions for network core and edge.
You will collaborate closely with telecom customers and partners to understand their unique cloud deployment needs and ensure they are fully supported throughout their journey with our platform.
You will serve as the initial point of contact for investigating customer issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as their primary engineering liaison for any inquiries, technical issues, or support needs.
