In this role, you'll create an unforgettable member experience, ensuring every client sees and feels the value of their membership. You'll build a thriving community, manage engagement initiatives, and take ownership of day-to-day studio operations to drive customer retention and business growth.

About This Role...

This is a

We are looking for someone who:

evenings and some weekends

? Has a passion for health, fitness, movement, recovery, or wellness

role as you develop.

What You'll Do...

Member Experience & Client Support



Welcome members, learn their goals, and help ensure they feel supported. Assist with membership discussions, follow-ups, and client check-ins. Build strong relationships that help members stay consistent and engaged.

Community Engagement



Help create a warm, friendly, supportive environment in the studio. Support in-person community initiatives, appreciation gestures, and VIP moments. Assist in planning and executing small events or campaigns that bring members together.

Social Media & Online Community



Contribute to social media posts, stories, and engagement. Highlight member transformations, events, and day-to-day studio moments. Help strengthen our digital community presence.

Studio Operations



Support daily studio operations including scheduling, tidiness, member flow, etc. Assist the Flexologist team and ensure smooth member experiences. Learn the operational systems that support a thriving wellness studio.

Growth Path: Leadership Development



Over time, you'll have the opportunity to learn and take on:

Membership sales & retention strategies Social media planning Community-building programs Leadership responsibilities Studio operations and performance management

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
