Salon Experience Manager

Responsibilities
Lead by example in delivering
exceptional guest care
at every touchpoint - from booking to checkout.
Support and coach the stylists and frontline team to uphold Verde's "Every Guest, Every Time"standard.
Partner with the management team on
daily operations
, including cash handling, inventory, and merchandising.
Collaborate with stylists and leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day salon flow and proactive communication.
Assist with
scheduling
,
training coordination
, and
goal tracking
to support overall salon performance.
Act as a front-of-house ambassador for Verde's brand, culture, and sustainability mission.
You Are:
A strong communicator with a natural ability to build relationships.
Passionate about leadership, team development, and creating a positive, organized environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Calm under pressure and confident in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
Professional in both appearance and demeanor.
Available to work
evenings and weekends

Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in customer service or salon/spa environments (leadership experience an asset).
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic environments.
Confidence with technology
