We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service. Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Manage filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors warmly.
Provide administrative support, including typing, proofreading, and organizing documents.
Maintain client records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support services.
Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Leverage experience in medical/spa or clinical settings to enhance client interactions.
Experience
Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a client-facing role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
