What You Will Be Doing

Communicating daily with patients by phone, email or in person Calling, booking, and confirming patient appointments Reviewing with patients the steps necessary prior to their appointments Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff Responding daily to voice and email messages Receiving faxed documentation or referrals and sorting properly Distributing confidential correspondence to proper departments Faxing documentation, scanning and filing patient charts Relieving and supporting reception staff as needed

What You Will Bring

Previous experience in a medical clinical setting is a valuable asset, showcasing your familiarity with healthcare practices and protocols. Demonstrate a proven track record in a customer service/client care role, highlighting your commitment to providing exceptional service and care to our patients.
