Responsabilites :
Accueillir les patients et les diriger vers les zones appropriees
Repondre aux appels telephoniques et prendre les messages
Planifier les rendez-vous des patients et gerer le calendrier de la clinique
Saisir et mettre a jour les dossiers patients dans le systeme electronique
Effectuer des taches administratives telles que la facturation, le classement et la preparation de documents
Qualifications :
Experience prealable comme receptionniste dans une clinique (medicale ou autre) souhaitee mais non requise
Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite
Capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois
Le salaire peut etre discute en fonction de l'experience.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join the CYMED team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will handle various administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and direct patients to the appropriate areas
Answer phone calls and take messages
Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
Enter and update patient records in the electronic medical system
Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing, and preparing documents
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist in any sort of clinic preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Salary can be discussed based on experience.
