Job Description

St. Andrews Medical Clinic & Townline Medical Clinic is hiring a permanent full-time Front Desk Receptionist. We are looking for someone who can work Monday to Saturday approximately 35-40 hours/week. Hours of Operation Range from 9:00 am to 6:0pm on weekdays and Saturday 9am-3pm. Wage will be $18/hour to $22/hour depends on professional experience.. Students with front desk/reception with experience are welcomed! If you are however going back to school in September and unable to continue working with us this job will not be suited for you.

The ideal candidate should be:

Organized Speak and write fluent English Discreet on Patient's confidentiality as per PHIPHA regulation Have the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment Comfortable on computers and the telephone (a must) Able to work well within a team environment Must be Experienced as a Medical Receptionist in Canada (a must) Must have knowledge on Medical field Polite with Patients and able to monitor patient's vital & record in computer system.
