Front Office Management: Attending to phone calls, greeting the patients, collect/enter information into system
Administration: Filing, copying, scanning, keeping all electronic files updated, booking appointments, sending referrals, third party billing.
Seeking a well-organized, quick-learner, that is detail oriented, and has good telephone etiquette, communication, and inter personal skills.
Secondary Languages are a welcomed ability, with Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, and Arabic being frequently utilized by patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
