Monday to Friday shifts will vary between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. 8:30 am-4:30 pm, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 11:30-7:30, and 12:00 pm to 8:00pm.

Probationary Period:
There will be a six-month probation period. If successful, annual renewals will be offered.
Salary:
Starting at $18.00. After six-month probation period and successful will move up to $19.25; A modest benefit package will be provided after the six month probation period.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Prepare and maintain patient medical records using EMR (Accuro)
Maintain a clean and organized reception and workspace
Assist with traffic flow
Participate in regular office procedures including photocopying, faxing information, answering information requests
Assisting physicians and nurses as needed
Medical Equipment Processing
Light cleaning duties
Practice and always maintain professional conduct
Support and follow all policies and procedures
Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional ethics, integrity and responsibility.
Qualifications:
Completion of a recognized Medical Office Assistant (MOA) program or equivalent experience
Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically Accuro
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a varied workload efficiently
Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Comfortable handling reception duties and interacting effectively with patients, staff, and the general public
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage confidential material with discretion and professionalism
Sensitivity and understanding when working with culturally diverse populations
Successful completion of the PHIA Online Course is required prior to the start date
