Premiere Med Spa & Aesthetics is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Medical Office Assistant/Medical Adminstrative Assistant for our new plastic surgeon, Dr. Unal. We are a busy, fast-paced plastic surgery office. This position will assist our plastic surgeon on consultations/follow up visits, scheduling clinics, hospital minor procedures and other aspects of a plastic surgery practice. A medical office assistant certificate or medical administrative assistant certificate is required. Previous experience is desirable. We are looking for someone with a positive, self-motivated attitude, good communication skills and excellent work ethic. We would like this person to be passionate about our industry, ambitious and take initiative.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming environment.
Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries.
Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with front desk operations, including patient check-in and check-out processes.
Collect patient information and process necessary documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and hospitals to ensure efficient patient flow and care.
Requirements
Previous experience in a medical office or dental office setting is preferred.
A certificate in a Medical Office Assistant program or Medical Administrative Assistant program
Strong understanding of medical terminology and administrative procedures.
Proficient in using phone systems and standard office equipment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members.
High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
