We're currently seeking a

Booking Team Lead (Medical Office Assistant)

to join our administrative leadership team. This individual will oversee the booking department and related administrative functions that keep our clinic running efficiently. Primary Responsibilities



Supervise, train, and support the booking and administrative staff to uphold clinic standards and exceptional patient service. Review upcoming appointment schedules for accuracy and efficiency. Address and resolve patient concerns or team-related issues, escalating when appropriate. Serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling phone and in-person inquiries. Coordinate appointments and communicate with referring providers. Maintain and update patient information within the electronic medical record (EMR). Ensure all patient files and documentation are complete, accurate, and confidential. Uphold clinic policies and maintain smooth daily operations. Provide additional administrative assistance as needed to support clinical workflow.

What We're Looking For



Proven leadership ability with experience coaching or managing a team. Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Clear, professional communication and a patient-centered approach. Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with EMR systems (Accuro experience preferred) and solid general computer literacy.

Qualifications



Completion of a recognized

Medical Office Assistant

program (or equivalent experience). Minimum

2 years of experience

in a medical office environment preferred. Previous experience in a

leadership or supervisory

role considered a strong asset. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and other healthcare-related software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
