STRIVE is a unique multidisciplinary Sport and Exercise Medicine clinic located in Barrie, Ontario. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Medical Office Administrator / Patient Experience Coordinator to join our friendly and cohesive team of physicians and allied health professionals.

Near full-time hours on the high end of hourly compensation.

Optional) Monthly or quarterly incentives to provide you with more cash flow. Free in-house treatments (RMT, physio, chiro) to a maximum of $500 total per year. Paid training and onboarding. What is asked of you:



Commit to onboarding and training to get you up to speed Play a key role in day-to-day running of our business: scheduling patient appointments, greeting and checking in patients, creating and managing patient charts in an Electronic Medical Record, managing payments and third-party billing, and supporting our clinicians in the running of their clinics Tracking your own performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Maintain exceptional interpersonal skills in a fast-paced work environment Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in recording and relaying information Multi-task and problem solve calmly and efficiently Be trustworthy and maintain patient confidentiality

Preferred but NOT required:



Prior work in a healthcare setting Prior customer service experience Inbound and outbound phone experience Familiar with physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic and/or physician work Familiar with direct billing procedures Proficient use of computer systems and/or prior work with Electronic Medical Records Medical Office Administrator Diploma

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
