Job Description

Compass Medical Clinic is a family medicine primary care clinic located in North York. We looking for a motivated and hardworking medical office administrator to join a highly effective and cohesive team.

The clinic is a high-volume clinic so the applicant should be able to work efficiently and handle significant multitasking.

This clinic uses multiple technologies to streamline workflows. Applicants should feel very comfortable with using computers; Opportunity for flexible work hours and to work from home. Experience with Electronic Medical Record PS Suite from Telus is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities and Duties



MOA duties:



Communicating effectively with team members

Booking, scheduling, and greeting patients

Answering phone calls and emails

Electronic Medical Record proficiency

Scanning records

Faxing and communicating with other physicians' offices

Managing supplies and inventory

Taking height and weights

Helping with doctor workflow

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
