Key Responsibilities:
Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in
Accuro EMR
.
Process and reconcile
OHIP billing
and other third-party billing accurately and on time.
Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing friendly and professional support.
Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and staff.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a
medical office or dermatology clinic
setting.
Proficiency with
Accuro EMR
and strong understanding of
OHIP billing procedures
.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor.
Knowledge of dermatology terminology and procedures (asset but not required).
