Position Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Nurse / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a dual role where you will perform medical aesthetic treatments as well as support clients throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

Perform medical aesthetic treatments (training provided if necessary) Conduct skin care consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience Make follow-up calls to check in on patient progress and satisfaction Coordinate patient scheduling and clinic flow Support front-desk and administrative tasks as needed Educate patients on skin care routines and post-treatment care Collaborate with the clinic team to maintain a high standard of service

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse (RN, LPN, or equivalent) in good standing in BC Internationally graduated physicians are also welcome to apply Strong interest in aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Previous experience in medical aesthetics or patient coordination is an asset but not required - training will be provided
