We are currently on the lookout for a Media Planner with 1-2+ years media experience to work across two of our fully integrated accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative team and manage a variety of campaigns.
responsibilities:

  • Produce integrated media plans across all channels (traditional & digital)
  • Conduct research using media tools and your own curiosity to develop and filter insights to guide campaign development
  • Media project management:
  • Crafting and calling out for RFPs; knowing what factors are important, and questions to ask, to formulate a POV
  • Creating costing sheets to evaluate vendors objectively
  • Negotiate to acquire the best value for our clients
  • Drafting spec sheets to support creative assets development
  • Development and upkeep of detailed trafficking sheets
  • Manage and lead status internal and external status calls
  • Quality control; monitor and work closely with colleagues to ensure all deliverables are met effectively (campaign and general administration)
  • Ideate & deliver creative ideas to solve client problems, contributing towards award winning work
  • Support the evaluation of campaign performance, coordinating and inputting on delivery reports.
  • Input in developing and communicating the agency team's POV on opportunities, trends, and issues to multiple stakeholders at various of levels of business
  • Build and foster strong client and agency relationships
qualifications:
  • Rigorous attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Solid understanding of media math, and demonstrated ability to learn more
  • Proven familiarity and knowledge across all media channels (360 planner)
  • Client management experience and superior communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Knowledge in media platforms: Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok
  • An understanding of programmatic advertising
  • CPG/Teleco/Financial industry knowledge is an asset
  • Strong fluency in all syndicated media tools (Vividata, Comscore, COMMB, MTM, etc)
  • Experience managing large and complex budgets with accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Prisma is an asset
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
