Our goal is to develop the next generation of leaders. Are you up for the challenge? Our company is seeking an experienced and talented Media and Design Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning content that communicates our brand\'s message along with our manufacturer partner\xe2\x80\x99s brand message and engages our target audience. The successful candidate will assist with managing all aspects of our distributed marketing budget (co-op) and managing the advertising schedules with various media outlets. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, photography, social media management and advertising scheduling. This individual will work closely with our marketing team to assist with the execution of campaigns, develop creative content, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the marketing team, develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including print, digital, and social media.

• Design visual elements such as logos, graphics, and illustrations for marketing materials.

• Assist with managing the company\'s social media accounts and develop engaging non-paid content that aligns with the brand\'s voice and message.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the brand\'s messaging and style guidelines.

• Source images, vides and radio scripts from Manufacturer partners and maintain an asset resource library.

• Coordinates schedules with media agencies provided by Director of Marketing and monitor media spend.

• Working with the marketing team, ensure all artwork/video is prepared and made available to media agencies timely.

• Assists with the co-op process: preapprovals and claims and monitoring of coop spend.

• Assists with manufacturer program reporting to manufacturers and to internal stakeholders.

• Support the TDG TreadXperts Network by providing them with required ad material from the Tire Manufacturers for their co-branded campaigns.

• Assist marketing team with the coordination of tradeshows, conferences, events and golf tournaments.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously suggest new ideas to improve the company\'s visual identity.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certificate in marketing and graphic design, media arts, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in media and design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).

• Experience with social media management and content creation.

• Intermediate Excel experience.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
