Graphic Design and Social Media Marketing Coordinator This position requires a tech-savvy individual with technical graphic design skills and a passion for digital communications and social media as well as enjoys working closely with team members to reach project goals. This position is responsible for providing creative services to help articulate, educate, and build campaigns via the Royal Glenora Club\xe2\x80\x99s website, social media, and digital/print presence. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and editing of the Royal Glenora social media channels and creating internal and external media collateral. Responsibilities This position has multiple areas of responsibility within the Marketing Department inclusive of graphic design, project coordination, branding and marketing, and website and social media support.

  • Design captivating, on-brand visual assets (both digital and print materials).
  • Lead printing and production for Club collateral.
  • Create, edit, and adjust digital assets, such as logos, through the design and proof process for Club departments.
  • Support on the website such as designing content, changing layouts, editing current content or redesigning existing pages, making changes to URLs, editing images/uploads.
  • Implement best practice in accessibility, responsive design, and site performance are adhered to when creating content and updating content
  • Contribute to brand awareness campaigns and integrating them across multiple mediums
  • Responsible for ensuring brand consistency including use of corporate and primary logos and the Style Guide.
  • Working with internal customers, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales.
  • Coordinate with third parties for quotes, print and distribution.
  • Responsible for photography in all areas of the Club (example events and culinary photography).
  • Event support: research and develop new events, elevate existing experiences; assist with event execution as necessary.
  • Contribute to content calendar creation and implementation (social, newsletter, blog features, etc.) as necessary.
  • Create content with assets from around the Club such as Stories and Reels on a daily basis.
  • Assist with social media management, including growing and engaging social audiences.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a relevant background.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience supporting marketing in a multifaceted organization.
  • Proficient with design tools inclusive of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and Canva Understanding of current web standards, principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of SquareSpace or a similar web platform.
  • Proficient in all social and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc) and a desire to stay up to date on social trends.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing communications processes, including writing, editing, print production, large format printing, print and digital advertising, media buying, photography, videography, social media, content management systems for both websites and mobile applications, and data analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as a team player.
  • Strong sense of accountability, dependability, ethics, and integrity.
