Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Media Cost Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in estimating and project management, with the ability to analyze project costs and provide accurate estimates that align with project specifications and budgets. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are financially viable and executed efficiently.
Duties
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Collaborate with sales department to understand project requirements and specifications. Use excel to create custom estimation Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure adherence to budget.
Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent project management capabilities to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.Experience working with measurements in feet and inches
Strong understanding of how to calculate material costs, labor expenses, and overall pricing
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate cost analysis. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
