Overview

Firstly, we are looking for someone who would like to be a major part of our business, that would be involved in the direction of this garage. We want some one who wants to be customer driven; pleasing our customers will make our business grow! We have a chance to stand out from the large garages. We are now in our 3rd year, with a base of dealer vehicles, present customers and specialize in import cars. We would like some one who is experienced, self driven, and would like to be in a smaller operation where they have say in the projects we do. A tremendous opportunity to share in the success of our business awaits the right individual!

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve system performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Skills

Proficiency in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatic, and electrical components. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and management. Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $23.00-$33.00 per hour
