Permanent position
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Salary: $25 - $29 an hour (based on certification and experience)

Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Service Technician in this Manufacturing facility, a normal day would include:
- Interpreting blueprints and drawings
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment and/or process issues
- Assembly and fabrication of parts and or machines
- Operate forklift to move raw materials and finished goods as needed
- Work within a team environment
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What do you need for this position?
- A resident of Manitoba and able to legally work in Canada
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience
- experience using basic hand tools (i.e. cordless drills, hand router, files and taps).
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments (i.e. Calipers) to verify dimensions
- Knowledge of Industrial materials
- ability to travel within and outside of Canada
- knowledge of 5S and LEAN manufacturing is a strong asset
- Ability to lift 50lbs as needed
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- MOPIA certification is an asset
