Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of mechanical construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule. Coordinate with clients, site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless project workflows and communication. Develop detailed project schedules to optimize timelines and resource allocation. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on-site. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and contractual obligations. Utilize construction estimating tools for cost analysis, change pricing, and budget tracking throughout project phases. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining detailed documentation for transparency and accountability. Implement project management best practices using tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, and other Construction management software to streamline workflows. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project specifications. Facilitate effective project coordination by managing schedules, resources, and communication among all stakeholders. Ensure timely completion of projects by applying strong time management skills and proactive problem-solving strategies.

Experience

Proven experience in construction management with a focus on mechanical systems within commercial, institutional or light industrial projects. Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to mechanical installations. Hands-on construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety protocols and site operations. Proficiency in project scheduling software Experience with construction estimating software Strong understanding of contracts, change management processes, and procurement procedures within the construction industry. Excellent project management skills encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Effective communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, teams, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
