We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric

Mechanical Project Manager

to join our team.



- Discuss with clients and engineers to clarify specific requirements of each project.

- Develop project plans and obtained customer approval for project deliverables.

- Attend kick-off meetings as required for each project as required.

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Assist the Project Coordinator in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation.

- Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure that all parties are meeting objectives.

- Measure project performance and the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues as required.

- Minimize project risks to ensure that budgetary and timeline objectives are maintained.

- Delegate tasks to Project Coordinators based on individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.

- Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on the schedule and budget.

- Perform take-offs, obtain accurate information to acquire material and subcontractor pricing for change notices.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.

- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

- Coordinate the development and distribution of project close out documents.

- Conducts po-project evaluation and debriefs.

- Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.

- Site visits as required.

- Other duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications



- 5-7 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)

- Experience in commercial construction (preferred)

- Experience using Trimble AccuBid (preferred)

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills

- Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or similar training.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Reliable, self motivated, and goal driven

- Strong team player with an ability to work independently

- Strong blueprint reading, and mathematical skills

- Strong customer service skills with a safety mindset

- Ability to learn, apply, and adapt quickly

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- A positive 'can-do' attitude

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
