Mechanical Project Manager

to oversee and manage plumbing, heating, and gas projects. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a knack for project coordination and technical expertise, we'd love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage plumbing, heating, and gas projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints to plan and execute projects. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain profitability. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Provide technical guidance and support to field teams. Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, schedules, and reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the plumbing, heating, or gas industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including plumbing and heating. Proven experience in preparing and managing project quotes (local quote from CAD25K-50K). Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools is an asset. Valid BC Class 5 driver's license.
