Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and extensive experience in utilizing SolidWorks for heavy industrial applications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in mechanical design, structural analysis, and the application of FEA techniques to optimize designs for robustness, safety, and performance within demanding industrial environments.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, project managers, and production personnel, to conceptualize, develop, and refine mechanical designs for heavy industrial equipment and systems.

Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings that conform to industry standards and best practices.

Conduct comprehensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations to evaluate structural integrity, thermal performance, and dynamic behavior of designs under various loading conditions.

Interpret FEA results and provide insightful recommendations for design improvements, material selection, and optimization strategies.

Perform stress analysis, fatigue analysis, and other relevant simulations to ensure designs meet safety, reliability, and performance requirements.

Collaborate with the R&D team to explore innovative design concepts, materials, and manufacturing processes that enhance product efficiency and performance.
