Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Industrial Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, creating visually compelling and functional products that meet user needs and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure that designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also feasible for production.

Duties

Lead the design process for new products, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market trends. Create detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Maya.

Design highly adjustable components for sim racing cockpit

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions. Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in industrial design.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field. Proven experience as an Industrial Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills. Experience in 3D animation and 2D animation is a plus.

Chair and desk design experience is bonus.

Pay: $58,354.70-$135,610.26 per year
