As part of our growing team, we are looking for a motivated mechanic with at least 1 year of experience to join us and help maintain our reputation for excellence.

Job Overview:

The Experienced Mechanic will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on light vehicles. You'll work with a team of skilled professionals in a clean and well-equipped shop. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid work ethic, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire installations, rotations, and alignments Diagnose and repair issues related to engines, brakes, suspensions, and other vehicle systems Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and suggest preventive maintenance Use computerized diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations Maintain accurate and detailed service records for all jobs Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace Ensure compliance with all company and industry standards

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience as an automotive mechanic or technician Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues Familiarity with computerized diagnostic tools and industry-standard equipment Experience with tire services, alignments, and wheel balancing Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems Valid driver's license Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Strong communication and customer service skills Bilingual (French and English) preferred but not mandatory

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks in confined spaces
