- Equipment installation and maintenance, ensuring machinery operates at peak performance.
- Handle installation, relocation, and routine maintenance, preventing breakdowns and optimizing functionality.
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues is our forte; we diagnose, repair, and replace faulty components swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Precision alignment is key to accurate operation, and we utilize advanced tools for this task.
- Welding and fabrication are part of our skill set, enabling us to repair and fabricate metal components as needed.
- Maintenance and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems are also within our expertise.
- Safety compliance is paramount, with strict adherence to protocols and participation in regular inspections and training.
- Interpreting blueprints, utilizing them to assemble and troubleshoot machinery accurately.
- Predictive maintenance techniques are employed to anticipate and prevent equipment failures.
- Tool management is another aspect we excel in, ensuring all tools are well-maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.Qualifications
- Valid Ontario (433A) Industrial Mechanic Millwright is preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Strong foundation of millwrighting
- Previous experience in metal/steel fabrication/processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with innovative thinking and independence
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Summary
