Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles, machinery, and power tools utilizing both technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and any additional notes regarding the condition of equipment. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall productivity within the workshop. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the shop or on-site.

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge with a strong understanding of machinery operations and maintenance practices. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to mechanical repair tasks. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients. Previous experience in a mechanic role or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
