Duties

Perform meat cutting tasks including slicing, dicing, and trimming various cuts of meat according to specifications. Prepare and package meat products for display and sale, ensuring attractive presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meat preparation area, adhering to all food safety Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about meat products and offering cooking tips or recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the kitchen environment. Follow all health regulations and guidelines related to food handling and preparation.

Requirements

Proven experience in meat cutting or butchering within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control in food preparation. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays.
